We booked 2 helpers and only one guy shows up. the guy starts arguing about why we didn't tell him about the job when we sent clear instructions and also informed him over call. He keeps yelling and also uses abusive language. Then he brings his buddy and in the middle of the job asks us to pay by cash app. When we declined, he threatened to leave the job in the middle. Forced us to pay $50 by cash app. Then towards the end of the job, he asks for one more hour and kept pushing us to pay by cash app and not through the platform. When I refused to do so and told him that I will complain to Moving Help he agreed to get paid by Moving Help. The worst and most unprofessional guy I have experienced on Moving help in the last 4 years. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND MOVING HELP PLATFORM TO CANCEL HIS ACCOUNT AND NOT ALLOW HIM TO SPOIL THE PLATFORM by asking for cash. HE SHOULD BE BLOCKED FROM USING THIS PLATFORM. NEVER USE THIS GUY.

The job was done quickly and to our satisfaction. The owner and his partner were both professional and respectful. There were no complaints from them about doing the task either. I will most definitely be using their services again. It was definitely the best money spent.

These guys did a great job! They were happy to help with good attitudes. They we're calm but confident and knew what they were doing. They worked together seamlessly, making the move look effortless. They also were experienced at using the Uhaul Appliance dolly that has straps that makes moving the larger items fast easy. They moved our stuff with care and even complied with my wife's concerns about the loading of some of her stuff.Thanks again.
