I had an extremely bad experience. Hired two movers for two hours to load at my apartment and unload at my new address 8.8 miles away. They arrived at 350 pm and finished loading by 430 with just a few items. Then they asked for the payment code and my unload address. I trusted they would meet me there but they completely disappeared. I waited over two hours at my new place with no reply to calls or texts. Their voicemail was full. I had to unload the entire truck alone, which was exhausting and stressful. This was unprofessional and dishonest and felt like a scam. Avoid this provider at all costs.
