When I originally called to confirm, I was told they had a 11-1 window on moving day. A few days before, I reached out to confirm and he said he would call early on the day of the move. 1 pm rolled around and I still had not been contacted. They did not arrive until 3 pm. They were quick in loading, but one of the guys dropped multiple items while moving from apartment to the UBox and seemed a bit careless with things, so I have concerns about the state of my items in the UBox. After everything was loaded, I was told I would be sent pictures, but never received anything.
