Do not waste your time or money!!! Two lazy dudes that refuse to speak English! They loaded everything on the truck in 1 hour, then spent 20 minutes standing around asking for directions to my new address that was only 5 minutes down the street if you Follow the truck you don’t need directions!!! And once they got to the new location they unloaded 3 of 7 items and said the time was up. And spend another 15 minutes trying to translate that! This left me with the bulk of the heavy items I paid to get help with still on the truck and no way to carry up 2 flights of stairs. To make things worse everything they loaded they broke. The rage and anger I felt that day was unreal!!!! I was very upfront and honest about what I needed moved as well as how many flights of stairs. If you weren’t willing to work you should’ve declined the job but they chose to show and scam me for the money I paid for!!!

Hate to leave a poor review! Nice guys, but, I wanted to extend time since we were not finished. Guy said ok but pay me directly, no problem. I paid for 2 more hours. 1 hour 15 minutes in and they were wanting to settle up. I thought surely they weren’t not leaving. But yes. He said that he had loaded 3 sets of washer dryers and he wasn’t expecting that. I asked how that’s different than a sofa or something else in a house to be moved. Said he charges more for that. Would have been great to know when I was paying him for extra time, that was done at the very beginning. Felt like he wasn’t honest with me. Got snippy on the phone when I was trying to figure out why I was shorted, so I just dropped it. He should have told me. I felt like he knowingly deceived me. I know they were tired bc they had a job right before. But since they didn’t finish, I had to rent another truck and another crew on another day. Really frustrating.

Movers worked extremely hard so 5 stars for them. The issue was no one spoke English so had no way to communicate during the process which was very frustrating. I wish the owner had relayed this so we could have had a plan in advance. They were also over an hour late and couldn’t contact the owner. Since workers were really great and offered a great price, I would still use them again.
