They did a pretty good job when it came to moving our stuff. They agreed to disassemble our bed before seeing it and unfortunately they felt it was pretty difficult to take apart( a west elm platform bed). I understand this, but it was uncomfortable due to them complaining about it for about an hour. We hired movers to make our move less stressful but instead we felt awkward and uncomfortable due to them complaining about a job that they signed up for.
