Got two sleepy phone calls. When they showed up, they only moved my big items and then claimed that they’d have to charge me an extra three hours if I wanted them to stay the full two hours that I already paid for!!! Also brought a baby who peed in the truck and distracted the workers. Highly unprofessional!

They pulled the legs off of a fifty+ year old desk. It was specially made for my mother-in-law's dad. It is a very sentimental piece of furniture. They ask for a screwdriver and attempted to replace the leg in another location.
