This was for packing only. I hired loaders also. Some nice guys. They communicated a lot because of running late due to traffic. Unfortunately, although the packing that was done was done well, it did not cover a good enough portion of the total packing needed. This left me rushing & exhausted trying to prepare for the loaders. I have used packers before and there has to be a sense of urgency, as well as, being careful with how things are packed to prevent damage, both are important. If I saw the sense urgency existed with them, I would have gladly paid for more help & time. Although, I do believe 2 hours with 2 packers should have been enough to cover the majority of the job.

The movers were super nice and did a great job moving our items. The only downside was that they were 30 minutes late for the move and did not contact me first to schedule the time for the move, but everything else was very good!

A BIG Thank You to Michael and Derrick who were the team who helped me today with loading the Truck I rented from U Haul. They arrived and finished on time, have a very kind and helpful attitude. It was a real blessing! Also Lulu, the one who coordinated all this was very kind and accommodating. I had to change the day and time for the loading of the truck and he helped me out promptly.
