They came later then expected due to traffic, but they did notify us to let us know. It rained during our move, so a little more then half the truck was moved in, then they ran out of time. We spoke to management about extending the time and agreed on a extra 45min to move in the rest of our couch. Management was very rude and the movers ended up leaving anyway without notice before moving the rest of our couch. they left our truck open with out a word that they were leaving. We paid them anyway and had to hire new movers the next day, who were absolutely wonderful. Wish we had chosen the second movers the first time. We had planned on tipping also, but they left without saying anything, so in case they read this, that is why we are not leaving a tip.
