I tried very hard not to have to write this review but it seems to be my only option. Last Second Moving provided unprepared and unprofessional movers who damaged $1300 worth of furniture and did not have the knowledge or experience with large appliances as discussed. I ended up having to get in the truck and help them load a large refrigerator and it was clear they did not know how to properly pack the truck. Moving blankets were provided, but they did not use them and they were so disorganized I had to leave several pieces behind and come back to get them later. When I reached out to the owner he said he could not replace the damaged pieces, was not insured and offered to reimburse my moving cost (which was only $200 compared to the $1300 in damaged pieces). I sent him my venmo information and never heard from him again and never got reimbursed. Do not use this unprofessional, uninsured, disorganized company if you value your possessions.
