Bucks fast moving

Very disappointing experience. My walls were scratched and dented, and my couch now has a hole in it from how it was moved. They initially told me they would fix my walls and accommodate me $25 for the couch but when I followed up to get an estimated date for repairs, my message was ignored. Here we are a month later and no one has fixed my walls or accommodated me for my couch. I wouldn't recommend this company based on how they handled both the move and their lack of follow-up afterward.

Had trouble with communication. We set up a 10 o’clock time to load, received a call that my helpers would be there at 130. He did send 2 gentleman at 1045 and they were excellent! I’m not sure if they are employees of the company or workers he did a quick hire for. Communication was poor but the actual service was great.
