The owner of the company repeatedly tried to pressure me into paying more. The movers who showed up appeared to be under 18, but to their credit, they were honest and hard-working. Unfortunately, they arrived without any equipment and failed to inform me of this beforehand. I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company, document everything thoroughly. After the job was completed well within the agreed timeframe, the owner (or broker) still called to demand payment for an extra hour, which was completely unjustified.

Called us to move time up for moving however we told them that doesn’t work for us but we can try because we are driving from another state. Ended up we needed to stick to original time and they still cut the moving time short and left without finishing. We also offered for them to come back next day in morning if that worked better but they said they couldn’t. So thumbs down
