The two men were kind, but one of them kept scuffing my walls and the hardwood floors when bringing in the furniture into the apartment. It really just felt like a lack of experience. I don’t feel like my things were handled with care and now I understand why they were the least expensive option.

Everything was great until we got the truck unloaded and several things were banged up and dinged. Things were strapped down well in the truck even though we provided ratchet straps. The two movers were very kind and quick, I think it's more of a lack of experience or knowledge, not carelessness.
