Load Helpers was amazing! We booked 2 hours but after we got everything packed it looked it was not even going to fit in the truck we got. We were very worried. I communicated with them and they assured me they would do everything they could to pack the truck tightly. Once we got close to the two hour window they come to me asked if we wanted them to start focusing on the heavier items so we would not have to do that. We asked if they could stay an additional 30 minutes and we would help get the rest out to the truck. They all agreed and we hussled to get everything down and in. They moved so fast in that 2 hour window. We were able to get everything packed in the truck and the little trailer. I credit Load Helpers for this for sure! Very kind, great communication! Never once heard a wall hit or an oops. They supported each others back when moving heavy items and communicated well with each other while working. I can't say enough about this team! Thank you
