I scheduled a time and they was 2 hours late. The guy requested an extra hour but stopped to talked to me and my friend instead of loading and unloading my belongings. He requested and hour and was done in 15 minutes. I was charged $125.00 for 15 minutes. Could you imagine the frustration and it could have been done in a timely matter but I was talked to every unloading asking personal questions and he stopped at the store before unloading my stuff. The move was very unprofessional and will not be renting in the future. He also asked to pay him under the table for 5 minutes trying to make a deal.

They went above and beyond, they showed up early and were ready to go from the start. They handled everything with care, they were efficient and very strong. They knew how to Tetris a storage unit in order to make everything fit. They were professional, friendly, and overall wonderful. Highly recommend, Don’t think about it, just schedule them, it is worth it.
