I can't say enough good things about them. It was a short notice, worst circumstance situation and they made the best of it and I can't thank them enough. They were so helpful and polite considering the circumstances. I would definitely go through them again and highly recommend. I wish U haul communicated better with them or us but it was short notice so I can understand.

It started by the crew showing up 2 hours and 15 min late. We requested 2 workers for 2 hours. 5 people showed up - 4 boys and 1 girl. There were very inexperienced. Their packing process was terrible. Many items were disassembled for easy moving, but not assembled for packing, ie, drawers out of dressers etc... When unloading 4 items were broke. An antique glass mirror, a glass front for a bookshelf, a desk, and a small antique end table. Several screws and connecter pieces that were stored with dressers, etc.. are missing. We purchased packing blankets, and many of our nicer furniture items were not protected with blankets and resulted in many scratches. Very bad experience.

These gentlemen did a fantastic job coordinating the transport of three U-Boxes to my place, getting all my stuff securely into the boxes, then transporting them back to U-Haul for storage.

They did a fantastic job. They moved things around that weren’t in the pods. They moved things from one room to another when I changed my mind about where it went. The job was extra long due to U-Haul being a mess. And still they were there unloading my pods.
