My U box was late because my driver thought it was supposed to be delivered the following day so I had to call and was placed on hold for more than twenty minutes then he was four hours late the following day to pick it up this caused extreme stress to the moving process.

My Ubox was not delivered on time because the driver thought it was supposed to be dropped off the following day. This added extreme stress to the moving process. Then he picked it up for hours late causing U-Haul to have to call me so more frustration.

Although they arrived late they communicated with me several times they were on their way. Once on site they did an exceptional job and worked with me during the loading and unloading in a professional and quick manner.
