The owner was excellent and arrived early and his main assistant was also excellent, the work was all conpleted within the time allotment I paid for. However there were some other people added on for free and one of them was in such a rush to do everything and seemed to have little care for my furniture, using force to break some of the hardware bonds instead of disassembling it calmly, so some hardware pieces broke and some are missing. Losing hardware in disassembly has been common for me when moving so I really tried to prevent it from happening by asking for all the hardware pieces to be put into bags. Most of it was saved, but a lot was not. I've been driving to several hardware stores in town trying to find the pieces now because they got lost in the move. I felt like that third helper was in a rush to get the task done and did NOT treat my things as if they were his, not caring if my stuff got slightly damaged. So for that, this is a 3 star review.

What a Joke. One of them could not move anything without telling him. Had no clue on using a furniture dolly. Dragged items across the ground and so on, We had to end up helping unload the pod. I am 70 and my husband 79. The owner was no help. Do Not use this company by any means, you will be dissapointed. The lady they sent tried, bless her heart. But she needed someone that could help support her, and the guy they sent? He wasn't even close to equal half a person to move anything. Me and my husband could do more. What a TOTAL waste of money. Buyers beware. When we complained all the owner said is he NEVER saw that in his worker. REALLY? He must be visually impaired.
