Crew was almost 45 minutes late. First they called to say they would be 20 min late then text saying they would be even later. Then got ‘snippy’ about liability because we had to start loading the truck to stay on schedule. After everything was loaded the crew left a good 5 min before us & got to the new house about 20 min After we got to the house. They text saying they were 8 min away saying some had to use the restroom, I text them asking where they at because it had been 14 min they finally showed up almost 20 min later with another excuse of a train. They spent about 25 min at the first location finishing getting things loaded then were at the new place roughly hour & a half unloading even though they claimed unloading goes faster. basically worked 2-2.5 hours but got paid for 4 Crew was not the friendliest and it was kind of awkward having them there & I’ve used movers in the past with no issues. I would not hire this crew again nor recommend them

Have used many movers, but these guys blew me away! They were polite, nice, organized my truck amazingly, and advised when time was up. I've done over 40 moves, and this company, and those two gentleman, are simply the BEST!
