Load you up

Move seemed to be going well, until they were unloading my things. They broke my heirloom dining table! When I asked about it, they said the u-haul insurance would take care of it. When I returned the truck, I asked about it, and was told that the movers are responsible for damages they have, and that's why they're insured. When I went back to the movers, they're now ghosting me. I have no idea what to do next!
