My advice is to be very careful with this service in general, and to be especially careful with Classic American Movers. Firstly, U-Haul is the broker and if problems arise, you have to dispute through U-Haul, but there are no teeth whatsoever. You basically have no recourse unless you file a suit.

Jotham and Anthony were fantastic. They arrived right on time and were courteous and professional. They even managed to load and unload the contents of a 2 bedroom home in just over an hour (I was only moving a few miles) and they managed to fit everything into a truck that really was a bit too smal
