I had a plastic cover on my sofa which they asked to remove. They said they would wrap it in their own plastic after getting it to the Uhaul; however, they did not. It was a white couch. It rained during the drive. The entire bottom half of the couch is now permanently stained black, I’ve tried everything I could to remove the stains. This is now costing me $2,500 for a new couch. As you can imagine, I am extremely upset.

Ben and his team did a great job. Very quick and professional. We appreciated how careful they were with loading and ensuring everything was safe for travel.
