Trusty Dad moving gave me the pickup time schedule in advance, the day before the move. On the loading day, they also provided me with updated information about the delivery time. Trusty Dad company's experience and professional organization skills were great. They were able to load 2 UBoxes within one hour, which made the moving experience very easy. Overall, the Trusty Dad moving company people demonstrated good communication, advance planning, and efficient execution during my move. Their professionalism and organization made this one of your easiest moving experiences. I totally recommend Trusty Dad to everyone who need help for loading Ubox. Thank you!

Communication with the company could be improved. I called multiple times 1-2 weeks prior to the move before receiving information via text messages. The day of the move I contacted the company 20 minutes after the scheduled time and then they informed me of a delay due to traffic.
