I am completely disappointed with this companies move. 1st of all. They did not bring the pod to me like they were supposed to. They picked up my items and took them to the location of U-Haul. So I was unable to see how they packed my stuff until they arrive to my destination. They did not use the blankets that were provided by U-Haul, and instead just put a bike on top of my couch and a bunch of other things completely damaging my couch. I reached out to U-Haul and they were unable to do anything about getting my couch cleaned. So now I have to pay out of pocket to get my couch cleaned because it has tire marks from the bike and other items going directly over the couch. Mind the towels that were provided by U-Haul. Could’ve been used over the couch to at least protected, but the company did not seem to care about my items. I do not recommend you go with this company. Instead, I recommend with the company where you can see how they are loading your items.

No confirmation call was received the day before as expected. I called and was told they would arrive an hour later than scheduled. The project was scheduled from 9 AM until noon. They arrived 10 minutes before noon. The loading into the truck was without much care. Every wooden piece of furniture broken, scratched, or marked because many times pads were not used. While the truck was large enough for everything, some items had to be left at the pick up location because they did not load it effectively. After 3 hours they left with a significant amount of heavy furniture yet to unload. The crew did not have clear leadership so much time was wasted as they argued between themselves. My experience was very bad because their communication, timeliness, and loading skill. I would NOT recommend this service.
