Movers worked fast and completed the job in half the time required, but wish they had taken a bit more time to be more careful with my items Could have also been more professional

I hired them on Wednesday and I told them addresses and items that would need to be moved including a 240 lb electric piano with stand. They said perfect and confirmed the address and start time 11 am. 9;30 pm the night before the move they say they didn’t know the loading and uploading location was in Philadelphia so they’ll have to push the move by 2 hours. I had to scramble to change the uhaul reservation. The next day they arrive and say they can’t move the electrical keyboard. If they weren’t comfortable moving the item why not say that on Wednesday? I had to hire 2 additional people to move the electric piano.The new movers moved the electric piano with no issue. Because of the electric piano, I had to hire additional people which more than doubled the cost. I called to discuss the issue and I was told I would receive a call back. It’s been over a month no one has returned my call. They seemed nice enough, but communication was terrible.

David, Von and Don were excellent!! Great communication before the job. Friendly, efficient, considerate of handling and great problem solvers with some awkward items. Appreciate the care the guys took to avoid damage in the tight areas and make sure everything was right and set! Will hire these guys again!!
