Communication was great leading up to the packing help. Packers were ok. The owner, person you communicate with, was clear before that he knew I would need more time and asked me to work it outside of the website. We did exactly that and negotiated extra time with his helpers. Apparently he has a big issue with that and started insulting me, comparing himself to the Microsoft CEO and saying I was taking advantage of him by working directly with his team. I would not use him again if there were no other options.

Unfortunately, the helpers missed the appointment and I had to load all furniture by myself with the help of my family!!! I called them but they said they were confused about the time. I wasn't able to unload the stuff so asked them to come and unload all stuff at my new home. It took only one hour

The absolute best! I was waiting on my keys from the leasing company and was late getting them but they were prompt, nice, and waited with me. Very kind and helpful, fast, efficient, great personalities.
