Donnell and Halstead assisted with my senior mom's move. They were all around terrific! They greeted her with a smile and were prompt, professional, extremely kind and very careful with her furniture. They contacted me to indicate their ETA and then when they had arrived. They were awesome! If you are looking for any type of moving help please contact them. Joy in the office was also very kind and she is on top of everything with the booking. Will for sure use them again in the future.

Hired them for 4 hours. They showed up late with terrible communication, and then proceeded to pack the truck in a way that much of our belongings (including two TVs) were broken. They sent 3 guys instead of the 2 we paid for and then after the fact tried to extort me for more money for the third guy. They also started arguing among themselves at the 2 hour mark about wanting to leave even though they were booked for 4 hours. They had a terrible attitude and tossed fast food wrappers and trash on the ground in front of my house. Avoid them like the plague!

Both gentlemen that came on Saturday afternoon to help me move my couches were polite and respectful. They loaded and unloaded the furniture with no breakage. Also they set up the furniture for me in the living room. I would hire both gentlemen again.

The guys who helped us (Darnell and Haul (?)) were friendly, efficient, FAST and strong. We unloaded the truck in less than 2 hours and had great conversations along the way. Highly recommend.
