One Call Crew

I booked for a moving service and the helpers were 3 hours late. The company clearly double or triple booked during this timeframe causing their helpers to be very late. Once the helpers arrived, they were very good, professional and nice. But the person who does the scheduling is no good.

Movers were hired for three hours with arrival time between eight-thirty to nine am. They showed up at ten-twelve and left at eleven-thirty. They only moved the heavy things which was great however they were also hired for three hours and did one hour of work.
