When coming please be honest on what you have even when think you might not want some of your item because of the size of your truck. Better to be over prepared than under prepared. The scheduled arrival time for the movers was 10 a.m., but one arrived at 11 30 a.m. and the other at 11 45 a.m. Neither mover nor the main office called to inform us of the delay. We had to call find out. The reason given was that the rain and oversleeping had caused the delay, which is unprofessional. Other than the hour and a half lateness, both movers completed the loading and unloading of the 10-foot truck in a satisfactory manner. The move was completed successfully, and they were polite, careful, and amicable throughout.

I would have preferred to be contacted by the movers when I booked but it worked out fine to contact them and arrange the move. One of my items was damaged in the move. Otherwise everything was good.
