The movers were very unprofessional arriving three hours late from the scheduled time and lack of communication on their late arrival. After two hours past the scheduled time, they sent a text saying they were 10 minutes away yet arrived an hour later. Due to their time of arrival, the time the storage unit closed, and the time the U-Haul trucked needed to be returned this caused an MAJOR problem. There were only four items to move and the movers took the full two hours just to load the four items yet when offloading only spent an hour, after demanding I pay them for another hour if I wanted it moved. Most of their time spent moving my furniture, the movers spent arguing and standing around. After accessing my furniture, the movers failed to mention they damaged and broke pieces of my furniture while moving it. This was the worst moving company experience I have ever had and am very unhappy. I have taken photos of the damages done to the furniture as well.
