The movers themselves were great, handled the moving very professionally. We had some communication issues, the person that called the day before to coordinate the move didn't pass my information along to the movers so they went to a different part of the complex and I was unable to communicate with them. Luckily we got in contact after 45 minutes of the scheduled time and were able to complete the move in time.
