Communication was very good and timely. They also showed up on time. However, it took them way too long to load the truck (2 hours for a 1bd apartment, with an elevator up to a 6th floor). Scuffed up the wall along our stairwell at our new place. Did not load the truck in an optimal way to maximize space usage, so we had to drive back to our old place to do a second trip ourselves. Overall, it was relatively subpar service compared to previous moving services we have had in the past.
