My husband and I were moving some of our things from Brooklyn to NJ and then from a NJ location to a storage unit. Our prior help couldn't make it, so I had to book movers the day before the move. Upon booking, I thought 2 hours would be more than enough for John and his crew to help since I needed help loading the truck at the NJ location to the storage unit and unloading of everything which included items from Brooklyn. John was very upfront with his minimum hours requirement so that expectations were met by the both of us and the moving ended up taking two and half hours. These are the three things I appreciated most from Pro Moving. - Convenience - Responsiveness - Professionalism I plan on booking John and his crew for part two and three of our moving process, as we move into our home once renovations are completed.
