They were overconfident. A bit rude. My stuff arrived broken because they were shifted in the truck. I tried to ask them to use straps that I provided but instead they only used very few straps, resulting in items gotten broken, a hand truck fell off, etc. They sweat and were tired by the end of the day, they also did a good job to use less space as I wanted, and that is why I am giving them additional 2 stars, but if they just listened instead of being overconfident, and let me to work together with them instead of having high ego, outcome would be more different and my stuff wouldnt break
