Leo and Alex were wonderful throughout the entire move! They went above and beyond to make my move a success. Couldn't have done it without them! I don’t even know where to start. I am totally traumatized by this experience with this moving company. At first they seemed very nice and accommodating. I should’ve known there would be an issue when I booked them and didn’t receive a call to confirm and had to call to make sure they knew I booked the job. This company tried to take total advantage of me like I’ve never seen before. They moved slowly as ever carrying two items at a time with 3-4 people working the job. It took them 5 hours for a load job which is insane. I gave them a list of the items to take and they just ignored it. Then took another 2.5 hours to unload. But during the 2.5 hours I was harassed for payment because they didn’t feel like finishing the job to the point I needed to call other people to come stay with me because I was uncomfortable. They broke tons of stuff, were drunk, crying and cursing, and telling me God will come after me. Never again!!
