These guys were professional and on time to help us unload 2 trucks. They brought an extra guy who was in training and he definitely helped out a lot! Can't say anything bad about Better Movers!

We initially booked two movers for an unloading job. One mover (bonafide movers) inexplicably canceled, and the other (dreams moving) became completely unresponsive. After several attempts to contact them, they informed us the day before our move that they could not do the job. This last-minute cancellation created significant stress, especially with the U-Haul return deadline looming. Their lack of communication and professionalism was highly disappointing. When our original movers canceled at the last minute, we contacted BETTER MOVERS in a panic. They responded right away and were able to accommodate our request on a holiday. The movers were on time, professional, and worked diligently to get our U-Haul unloaded quickly. We are incredibly grateful for their prompt and reliable service, which saved us from a very stressful situation.

Overall, the movers were generous and hard working. The move was as done under the four hours. The down side is that not everything in my apartment was moved due to not using the UHaul space correctly.
