Moving to a different state was very stressful for me . Especially moving into a townhome with two flights of steps. But going through Movers.com and hiring Al Nerdy really relieved alot of my stress. I had to change my moving date a couple of times because my apartment was not ready and they always got back to me and tried to find a solution. They would apologize about not being able to answer right away because of them being so busy but I could truly understand and appreciated the thought of them being concerned about that . But they always eventually responded to my text . So anyone using them just be a little patient. Very friendly. Very professional, and it's nice to support young business men who are driven and aim to give 5 star quality and they definitely delivered. Thank you Kent. If me and my friends ever need help in this area we will definitely be calling you again Good price , quality work !!!

Both Frank and Elijah were incredibly helpful when we hired them to help empty out our storage containers. It was raining the entire time they helped, but they were quick and efficient! Highly recommend this team!

I honestly feel like I was robbed. I packed the truck prior to their arrival and only hired them to move the larger & heavier items. They dragged their feet and struggled to move the few items. They tried to repack the truck instead of following my layout. Maybe it was because I’m a woman because when my male friend showed up, they were willing to follow his direction. What should have taken twenty minutes took over an hour. My friend moved things on his own faster than the two of them together. We ended up repacking the truck to ensure it was utilized well. So after an hour of time wasted, we began to rush to the drop off location as they had the nerve to discuss overage time cost! I could have stayed and packed more because they NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP TO THE DROP OFF LOCATION! Almost an hour later, one shows up asking for the payment code! The audacity is crazy. They did not deserve to be paid! Cost me more money in long run- I had to make two trips and some of my furniture is damaged!
