These guys were well meaning but they didn’t really have good knowledge on how to pack for moving. It didn’t help that they were high on pot. When they got out of the car they reeked of pot smoke.

Mover communication was poor as I was always the one calling them to schedule and to confirm. Movers showed up an hour late. The original crew was 2.5 hours away at another project when mine was supposed to start at 9 AM. A replacement crew was found, and they arrived about an hour late. We had already loaded half of the material before they arrived. The replacement crew did not have any tools or moving equipment. They loaded a bedframe completely assembled into the truck and then tried to move it around by shoving it in. The bedframe broke in multiple areas and was not salvageable. The moving helper was very apologetic and offered to replace it. When I sent him the replacement receipt, he informed me he was homeless and could not pay for it. I sent the receipt to the moving company who said they would take care of it. I have not heard from them in 1.5 weeks, thus, the poor review. Paid for two helpers for 2-3 hours each for about an hour of work. They left b4 I could tip.

I was very satisfied with the assistance that I received Kevin and his assistant with the middle name (Taylor). They were very thorough about moving my belongings and they did not break anything or scratch the interior surfaces in my home. I would definitely recommend them again. I had a great experience with PSL Movers. The crew was very nice and worked with a great attitude—always happy and professional. Rob, in particular, stood out as extremely experienced and incredibly strong. They handled the move efficiently and with care. There were a few scratches on some furniture, but that was partly my fault since I didn’t realize I should have wrapped it in blankets and secured it with tape. Overall, I appreciate their hard work and would definitely recommend them to others.
