The gentleman I initially spoke with to set up the move was great. However, the actual movers did not listen when providing instructions on things and were very dismissive when asking about certain items and how they were being packed. We asked that they help with the bigger items that we were unable to do ourselves, and they ended up leaving a few of those items out of the truck. Dealing with the overall company itself was a decent experience, but was not happy or impressed with the two movers that sent to help load.
