The only reason this review has any 2 stars is because one of the two workers tried to carry the slack for the second. A new employee was sent to assist with our move. We made very clear the move involved removing furniture from a second story apartment but this new employee tired out very quickly and could not properly assist with the move. He regularly was sitting and on his phone while the other had to keep moving boxes. We where told a two man crew for three hours could load and unload my small one bedroom apartment but because of the new employee it took them three hours just to load the truck (17 foot) and it was only half full. My father had to assist with the entire move with loading the truck up for the movers. Without his assistance I believe it would have taken even longer for the truck to be packed up.

I want to be clear that most of the issue was actually from the MovingHelp website and not all on the company. When I booked them (as I was reserving my Uhaul), it asked for an exact date and time, which I provided. Unfortunately, that is not passed on to the moving company. They called me two days
