I had a highly disappointing experience with this moving company. From start to finish, their handling of the move fell far below professional standards. First, several pieces of my furniture were damaged during the move. The movers didn’t inform me of the damage. I only discovered it as they were leaving. When I reached out to resolve the issue, they advised me to file a claim. After three weeks of waiting, I was told they were not liable because I hadn’t purchased moving insurance through U-Haul—an option that wasn’t even available to me during booking. Additionally, I booked the movers for two hours to load and unload my small studio apartment. However, they used the entire two-hour window just to load the truck, running up the clock unnecessarily. This forced me to pay for an additional two-hour minimum when unloading the truck only took about 30 minutes. I am a very good at packing but was too tired to do this myself. I was relieved that the guys moving my belongings into the truck were exceptional and I could relax.

Terrible and horrible loading movers service Do not do their jobs broke my desk glass closet scratch or damaged my hardwood floors, not moving or loading stuff in proper way, killing time for nothing They did not move or loading my sofa set desk and futon so I asked why but no answer and just killing time and finally came to me asked me more money for extra hour for hundred fifty dollars so I had to give them a code for four hours and extra hundred fifty dollars and as soon as they got the code and extra money and they have started to load my sofa desk and futon within ten minutes and left I asked their manager for the damages and he said I should talk to U-Haul so I have email U-Haul and they said I need to talk movers company I’ve hired local movers to unload all of my stuff from truck in next day and they did their job for two hours without any damages. Although our local movers help me to move three old appliances as well

The unloading was done fast just right within the timeframe. They were nice people and careful unloading our stuff especially the big TV.

This mover did not seem too motivated to move quickly. Despite not having that much furniture, insisted on two trips and so the heaviest items were left for us to move by ourselves. Also, dragged heavy white couch and broke off three of the four feet. Only found two of them. So not impressed. They were the cheapest and so I guess you get what you pay for.
