The crew were an hour late. They indicated car trouble though I was skeptical after hearing them talk later in the day. Otherwise movers did well overall.

The best moving experience I've had to date! Hunter reached out to me well in advance of the move to confirm and schedule the time for loading my Uboxes. All my questions were answered in a timely manner, and they were able to accommodate date changes without an issue, which was a relief. Communication was exceptional, including a heads up call when the movers were running slightly late. The two movers were phenomenal and extremely efficient, especially given the 3 flights of stairs they had to go up and down. My 2 Uboxes were extremely well packed within 2 hours. I appreciated that they came prepared to wrap up some fragile items and were also very careful with things. Nothing broke on a long journey from Nova Scotia to Ontario. Overall, HGS were exceptional and I'm really glad that they handled my move. They made the move way less stressful. Phenomenal and affordable service! Highly recommend!
