My biggest issue with this company is the lack of professionalism. When I booked in April, I called to confirm they could break down my two beds. The man I spoke with said they usually charge extra but would take care of it. Come moving day, he denied ever saying that and showed up with no tools—just him and his teenage son. We had to rush to disassemble one bed and leave the other behind. The son dropped multiple items and broke a trash can. They tried to move our couch but damaged it with black marks and rips. I also saw the man dragging our flat screen TV box. No uniforms, just looks like a couple random dudes. Praying nothing is broken.

I had payed for 2 hours somyhing that took my boyfriend and I over 4 hours to pack into the Uhaul. They were able to move everything nicely and even organize it into my storage unit in about 30 minutes. After a 12hr drive and getting there at 7pm this was so wonderful after a rough trip.10 - 10 would definitely book again!
