Jessie set up at time to move my pool table. During the process of moving it, the table was damaged , they took pictures , said they would have insurance involved , Jessie had said I would hear from him on Monday , the move was Saturday. Never heard from him so 4 days later I called him and he said he forgot and would get back with me on what would happen. A week later still no call from him, I tried to call and got only voice mail. I texted him , no reply. The fact that he can’t even follow up or make one phone call to me and I’m chasing him tells me the level of professionalism there is company is being run at. Do not use this moving company! Very unprofessional.

The movers were very kind and showed they truly wanted to help, but they banged up walls, corners, door frames, and hand rails all over the house. They even dropped expensive furniture on the street. They were very apologetic and I appreciated that but when comparing this experience to the experience I had with the movers who loaded up the furniture, I was left very disappointed.
