This was a budget choice and felt the service reflected it. The guys were pretty nice and it was really hot, so I respect that. The guy on the phone wasn't super pleasant; they didn't protect the furniture very well and didn't use most of the furniture blankets available. Fortunately most of our stuff wan't high-end, because stuff rubbed on the long journey and left marks, chips, etc on the furniture. One left a little mirror in a bad place and another broke it, but honestly it was a lot of stuff and it was really hot, and accidents happen, so I'm not upset about that. Another left chewing gum on the wall-maybe he meant to throw it away later? One offered help taking stuff off my hands that wouldn't fit in the containers, but when I followed up didn't bother answering. If you want great service you'll probably need to pay more, if you don't have much money, then they were decent.

The temperature was 106F, but they competently (and good naturedly) unloaded the truck and setup the bed. Great job. Would hire again.

Alex, Jerome, and Jeremy were awesome. They moved quickly and handled everything carefully, and got everything loaded in 100 degree heat. I had some bulky items and they went above and beyond to get them loaded. We couldn't have asked for better service!
