The 3 movers that showed up worked hard and did a great job. Unfortunately they were sent with out any equipment (dollies, lift bans, ect) so the job needed another hour added at full charge. Will not use again.

We initially scheduled to have 4 guys for 8 hours because we were unsure how long the job would take and wanted to make sure we had enough time. There is no explanation on how to judge time and we wanted to be safe. They called the morning of the move asking how many rooms of furniture and the layout of the home. They arrived and did an excellent job. So much so they were done in 2 hours. They asked for an additional hour pay for the home being 3 story and we agreed. They then asked for the payment code at which time I mentioned the additional time. I was assured it would be refunded back that the clock stopped the minute the code was entered. Unfortunately we were lied to and once that code is entered the company is paid in full. We have tried everything to get the refund we were promised even after trying to work with them and telling them we would be fine even paying for 4 hours. DONT LET THEM SCAM YOU! They clearly knew what they were doing and knew they would be paid for the 8hrs

Hired 2 guys for 2hrs just a 1 bedroom unit. They finished loading & unloading in 45 mins. 5 stars thanks guys.

They moved slow , only unloaded everything off the truck not into the storage so all my things were left outside of the truck. $243 for nothing a waste all they did was bicker with each other and move slow so the time could pass.

This was the best crew we ever had! They had a system and they worked hard. The leader was awesome and kept everything organized and moving at a good pace! Will hire again in the future thanks everyone awesome team!
