It could have been better if my husband didn't have to lift any heavy items. I hired movers because he has a bad back and shouldn't be lifting heavy furniture. One of the movers only went into the truck when directly asked. I'm not sure how two movers can empty a truck when only one of them goes in. Besides that, we were extremely grateful to have the assistance, and the movers were very friendly.

The whole purpose of hiring movers was because my husband has a bad back. We hired two movers to help so he wouldn't hurt his back. But he ended up taking over because one of the movers ended up not assisting with any of the heavy lifting. It would have been nice to have more experienced movers who are fully capable of performing the work we needed done.

Max and Taylor were very helpful in working with us and our time frame. They were there on time and assisted with advice on things that maybe shouldn't be stored in a hot storage unit. They worked hard and the entire time, minus a couple of well deserved and needed breaks.
