Mover was good. But due to scheduling, the mover could not be here at the time I scheduled 130pm. He was able to arrive at 245pm. I was 75 percent done and he did help with the remaining unload 25 minutes. I feel paying for 2 hours only to receive 25 minutes of service in unfair.

Did a great job. Would hire again. My only complaint is that they did not call me to schedule a start time. I was expecting a call at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a time. I ended up having to call them the afternoon before the move date. I would have been in a bind if they had not been able to accommodate my requested time at the last minute.
