Only went over by 10 mins as job was started 15 mins late! And I was still charged for a full extra hour. Started 1015 job finished 125. Would’ve been 5 stars if not for being ripped off.

The helpers during the move were great, but the manager could be a lot more helpful. Example. The manager knew I was moving a bed (I told him days before I need help assembling it, even though he says I did not) and did not think about offering the tools to assemble it. I had to do it days after.
