I booked an Expressway Moving helper through MovingHelp.com for my move last Saturday to assist with loading a U-Haul. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and resulted in significant damage to my property. The mover assigned demonstrated unprofessional and unsafe behavior throughout the job. Instead of properly carrying items down the stairs, he pushed boxes, creating unnecessary risks. His demeanor was consistently rude and uncooperative. Most concerning, however, is that the mover broke my table beyond repair. Both glued and screwed joints were ripped apart, damaging the wood severely. I have been trying to get a hold of the manager at ExpressMoving, but they are ognoring my texts, emails, and calls.

Expressway movers was incredibly professional. Things always go wrong on move-in day. We dealt with a situation in which our truck rental fell through, and the movers handled it incredibly professionally and were willing to go beyond the defined expectations in order to problem solve. The move was smooth from start to finish, and the truck was packed beautifully. We would definitely hire them again!!

I was happy they were on time. They were hard working but slow at times and like the other reviews said they complained about tipping even though I tipped 20 percent and they didn’t even need the full 3 hours I paid for. Overall for the price it was a fair experience.

They were nice guys and worked hard, but I wish they had paid more attention to the items clearly marked fragile among my stuff. I also paid over 20 percent of my order total in tip and one of the guys told my girlfriend he was unhappy with the tip amount!

Efficiently moved everything from 3rd floor apartment into U-Haul within 2 hours. Good communion prior to moving day. Flexible to change the moving date somewhat last minute.
