One person arrived an hour late, so i had to help load the item with other person. Unloading went smoothly.

The person who book’s appointments seemed a bit rude and standoffish which is weird because the reviews I read said ‘Ken is so nice’.He didn’t confirm with me the move the day before only the day I booked the service which was many days prior. So I feel a confirmation email or text would’ve been nice. Also when I reached out to confirm the day of, all I recieved in response was a thumbs up emoji reaction and then when I asked to confirm what exactly that meant. He sent me a copy paste of the previous message he had sent me on the day I booked the service. I don’t know, to me his communication could be better. The movers were good. One of them took more breaks and moved a lot slower than the other. Which felt like it left me and the other worker doing most of the job. Given it was a higher floor walk up.But regardless they both were nice. & they got the job done in around 1hr. I booked 3 hrs and was told that’s what I had to pay and there was no way to adjust the time. Tip given
